Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

International Shipping

We ship to all EU countries. Are you located outside of the EU, please contact us directly for more information.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us to confirm that your order has been shipped.

We do not provide a tracking ID for shipments but most packages arrive within 6 work-days.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@sourceofnature.eu with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
